Robert came quickly, faster than I thought possible and made an immediate assessment and returned soon with a replacement faucet and quickly soldered the rupture. The Tech's installing the unit did a great job, clean, polite and friendly young men, we struggled to get a quote from the home office because we were purchasing this home and Pro Skill would not give us a quote until we purchased home, the lady answering the phone was a tad rude, however we found a way around her and office staff to get to a higher up to solve our problem, But install crew was great and would use them again,

Excellent communication and work; we have used them to update our electrical system (including installing a new subpanel), replace a worn out A/C unit with an efficient, very quiet mini-split system, install a garbage disposal, and install an outdoor ceiling fan. Very efficient work is performed and all is running smoothly. They are starting on remodeling our bathroom. We highly recommend the company.

We found it at the Chandler Costco on a sunday afternoon. If you are wondering who are the people that take up multiple parking spots wonder no more. If this is how they treat strangers I can't even imagine how they would treat their consumers. Selfishness at its finest for sure. Even if it was for a job then do they really need to park like that? I don't think so.

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.
