Brandon was on call on Sunday and he came and provided us feedback on what we needed. He was very professional and explained what we needed to do to replace the part on our a/c. He followed up the next day and has been in contact with us regarding our next steps. I would recommend Brandon and Hay’s to anyone who doesn’t want to overpay and honest, quick service!Update: Justin came out and installed our blower and again another great technician who took time to thoroughly explain and actually write down step by step what he did on the invoice. Who actually takes time to be that thorough anymore? Thanks so much Justin; our air blows cold again!

Outstanding service! you cannot go wrong with Comfort Experts! Yesterday it hit 116 degrees in Phoenix and our air conditioner stopped working suddenly. Early on Saturday morning my wife called Comfort Experts to diagnose the issues. Ryan, the owner, responded literally within two minutes and mentioned that he could be at our house shortly thereafter, which occurred as he said. Ryan and an employee took only about 5 minutes in our house to identify that wiring cables in our attic had caught fire, which could have been extremely dangerous. Ryan had all equipment on hand to replace the cables and a battery contained with the main unit.

All-in-all, truly remarkable work and a definite 5 star rating. It was a Saturday, Ryan responded immediately, and, fixed a potentially dangerous issue within minutes. Normally you might have to wait hours just for a technician to show up. Luckily, we have befriended Comfort Experts and will use them forever.

Recently I had American Home Water and Air install my 6 stage reverse osmosis system. The technician Rich who came to my home was very knowledgeable, informative, professional and friendly. I am definitely recommending this company to all my friends and family for an amazing experience from start to finish.
