The team arrived on time, I gave them 5 projects that I'd saved up for a while, leaking faucets, corroded shut-off valves, corroded diverters, and a leaking shower handle. They wore booties, kept everything clean, and did a solid repair job. GB is not the cheapest, but they do consistently good work that I feel confident about. Same company also installed our AC units. After 10 years of doing business with them, I have not been disappointed.

Used them a few years ago and they were absolutely fantastic. Best experience you could possibly have. This time, worst experience you could ever have. I had to spend a lot of my personal time overseeing what needed to be done and calling them to get it done. Customer service manager is just out right rude and could care less about a person as customer. Wrote CEO complaining and never heard a word. Would not hire them!

Miguel provided two estimates of my job identifying all my concerns and how best to limit the costs. Then he left allowing me to compare other estimates. He was cordial and a great salesman. I picked Tucker, even though they weren't the low bidder, because of my confidence the job would be done correctly. Daniel was the installer, as Miguel was on paternity leave, and he did an excellent job. Both fans were installed quickly and worked like a charm. My wife and I were very pleased.
