I called Lincoln AC because our AC unit stoped working. The girl on line was great setting me up, and in just one hour the service technician showed up. I had a water emergency and out of all the plumbers I contacted they were the only ones that came in a timely matter. Their consultant Joseph was very informative and helpful. I will definitely be using Parker & sons in the future.

Entire house drain system completely backed up and overflowed. We tried to have it fixed several times but it kept overflowing after several months of usage. This time several different plumber said the the drain pipes are too old and cracking and need to be replaced. Quote somewhere between >$3k for tiny section to more than $24k for the entire house. When Ron of Patrick Riley diagnosed the overflowed drain issue with his advanced camera/gps system, Ron determined that the root cause was actually outside external to the house and not inside where all the other plumber misdiagnosed the problem. Apparently the large tree that's been cut but the tree roots kept growing and it led to damaging the drain pipes and caused all the overflowing problems from all these times. We were so happy that Ron of Patrick Riley not only professionally repair our very old drain system but also bringing the system to code as he & his crew installed the clean-out. In the future we would confidently call Ron of Patrick Riley if there are any plumbing questions and/or service(s).
