My 3 years old (still under warranty) water heater was not working so I called them to take a look and fix it. Scheduling was for the following day. The technician arrived and said it would take a while to diagnose so I went on with my work and let him do the diagnose. After approx 1 hour, the tech told me that it would take around 3 hours of labor to fix it and the parts were under warranty, and quoted me around $1300 for 3 hours of labor. But, that was just a tactic because he was trying to sell me a new water heater for around the same price! Instead if trying to fix my water heater they tried to sell me a new one and if I didn't want one I had to pay a $89 evaluation fee. Funny how I was told that they don't really do small repairs(like mine) but they usually focus on replacing not fixing. I wish I would have been told that before scheduling the appointment. Anyways, I don't think that the technician did much to evaluate my water heater because almost half of the time he was in the van talking on the phone, and his testing / tool kit was never open when I was going to check on him(at least 3 times in 1 hour). I think they tried to sell me a new unit and since I didn't want to, I got charged $89 just to be told they don't do small repairs.
If you are in a need of a small repair, be sure to avoid them and find someone else.

Annual inspection

These guys are great! My AC want out on a Sunday and Chris made it to my house within 2 hours, and had my AC up and running within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this company.

My experience with Arcadia air has been very unprofessional since the second I spoke to that lady on the phone. She had no information to give me, the workers did not show up on time. Michael and his assistant were completely unknowledgeable and kept saying they didn’t know how to rectify the issue. Michael was also rude to my elderly father. Almost as if he was impatient, while my father was trying to understand what was going on. We definitely consider another air-conditioning company that has been in town a lot longer.

We had our air conditioner/heaters (2) replaced yesterday. The team of ProSkill employees showed up on time, they were pleasant to work with and got the job done quickly. Best AC company in AZ! Fast and quality service at a fair price, plus Craig, the owner, is just an all around nice guy. I have been working with these guys for years now and recommend that you do too!

Brad came out on 8/3/2022 for a service maintenance check on our HAVAC system. We want his boss at Semper Fi to know that he is a great asset to the company!! He was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable! He showed us pictures of our unit and explained his diagnosis. He was very patient and answered all of our questions. He went over options with us ranging from pricing to repair our existing old unit, to installing a new more energy efficient unit. He discussed the financing options they offer for the new unit and also made us aware of Semper Fi’s military discount. We decided to replace our old unit. He followed up with us the next day to see if we had any questions regarding the finance process. He worked with us and the finance company to get us approved. Thank you Brad for everything and going the extra mile, you were great to work with!The installation was scheduled for 8/9/2022 and the installation technicians showed up as scheduled. Doug and Chris were also great! My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
