Rodney did a great job replacing my faucet. He was quick and replaced it with a better version. There was also a hole around the pipe that he pludgged quickly. I appreciate his work and friendliness as well.

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. They came out to replace a cartridge on my shower. They were a vendor for my warranty company. They replaced the cartridge and when they left the shower was still leaking. They returned and said the valve needed to be replaced because of rust and corrosion. They wanted to charge me another $350, after $250 had been paid for the cartridge. This sounded strange so I called another plumber. He stated that the original tech used pliers to remove the old cartridge and broke the valve in doing so. Since companies compete I called a third plumber for an estimate and he came out today and said the exact same thing! When I let Amigo know they still told me it was broken because of rust and corrosion! They refuse to admit their tech broke it and are thieves who will break things and charge you for it!!

I really appreciated John's hard work and knowledge of what we needed to install our garden hydrant and repair a leaky pipe in a wall. He explained what he was doing so I understood the process. I would highly recommend John to whoever needs a very good plumber.

I've used Parker & Sons on a number of occasions in the past four years. They're my go-to for work I can't do myself, always responsive and professional. Today's project, replacing a dying water heater, was no different. Estimator Joe showed up right on time this morning, listened to my concerns, laid out several options without pushing me toward any in particular, and got me scheduled for service this afternoon. Techs Russ and Santino pulled the old heater, installed my awesome new Rheem 50-gallon hybrid along with an expansion tank and pressure regulator, and left the garage in better condition than when they arrived. The entire process could not have been better.

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.
