Best Major Repairs in Phoenix AZ

I hate trying to find new people or businesses that you can trust. One of our 15 year old units went out and we called Howard Air to come out and fix. Joe was hands down the best tech we have EVER had. We had gone through 3 different companies in the past, all who were overpriced and money hungry. Joe was honest and helpful. We ended up buying a new unit bc it was in our best interest. Scott showed us what they had and we grilled him for a couple hours about everything before deciding on what unit to purchase. We never felt pressured and he was very professional answering all major and minor inquiries. We had to wait 3 weeks for an install and Joe came back out to keep the unit running until our install date. Again, he was awesome!! Our install date just so happened to fall on the hottest day of the summer so far and I was so worried not having any air for 8-10 hrs!! Rob and Abel showed up on time and got down to business. They were very polite and continued to answer questions when I wanted answers for things they were doing. They were done within 8 hours and then explained all that they did and even went in the attic to show me the handler and duct work. I haven't had a negative run in with anyone at this company. We are very pleased with the tech work, sales, and installers. I am glad we found a business we could trust.

I’ve been doing business with Parker and Sons for many years. I have a primary residence and 3 rental properties that I also use Parker and Sons for to service my properties. At my primary residence Joel Huerta was doing a routine service on my HVAC and he noticed that some of the accessories that I had paid for to install were not properly installed correctly. He apologized and on behalf of Parker and Sons for Parker and Sos not upholding their standards and guaranteed that he and Parker and Sons will correct the issue at no cost. I was so happy and pleased by his honesty and professionalism and how he represented Parker and Sons. Joel’s visit has validated that I am doing business with the right company and will continue to be a life long customer.

Madison did a super job on my new condo's AC. He stuck with it in spite of unforseen issues and made sure all was done properly! I appropriate Howard Air & Madison's workmanship.

Great service. Brandon was on time, friendly and explained what he was checking and what he found. Took photos of thee issues in my attic so I didn't have to climb up there (although I can). Reviewed what issues he found, provided specific details and provided options. In one case he stated that a capacitor was below specs and should be replaced and in another case stated it was slightly above so okay for now. Felt I received an honest assessment of repairs needed to ensure my systems kept running through the summer.

Great service and quick response

I am incredibly disappointed with this company. I have been sitting with a client of this company for over an hour as we have tried to get a hold of a supervisor as her HVAC system was installed incorrectly. I HIGHLY recommend NOT using this company. Not only did they make a HUGE mistake in installing the system but they also just keep putting her on hold while she is trying to get a hold of a supervisor.

Robert from A Quality HVAC was timely and diagnosed my heater problem within minutes after arriving. He was professional, polite, and ethical. I would recommend Robert for heater repairs.
