American Home Water & Air is a very customer focused company. We arrived home to find our house at 97 degrees. AHWA was able to send out Leo, our service technician to troubleshoot our issue. Leo provided us all of our options. We trusted his opinion on the condition of our existing unit. He provided detailed pictures and videos detailing the issues. Leo provided us several options on a repair vs replacement. Our sales representative, James walked us through the purchase of a new unit. We always felt that Leo, James and Jered had our best interest in mind. They insured us that they would take care of us until they could get our new unit up and running. It’s refreshing to see and experience a company that wants to work with you. We have used AHWA for 5 years and have even purchased a water conditioner from them in the past. They treat customers right.
