Sean came on time and very courteous and friendly ( qualities you look for in a business) he took his time to survey not just the swamp cooler removal and repair, but took time and gave great advice about suggestions and tips for the rest of the roof. And they came and did it before the rain came, they could’ve waited, but he wanted to get the job done so we wouldn’t have to worry about our leaking roof!!! It has been 9 months since I did the Epoxy coating. There are random yellow stains from the elements that will not be removed. The upper coating has been peeling off from wear and tear.

The team was good to work with when they were doing the job but I have called a few times to see if they had any suggestions on how to remove these stains and there hasn't been a response.
