The initial visit to our home was made by Jimmy to access the problem. He took the appropriate action to ensure that we had a/c due to hot weather. The discussion of an new a/c came up at which time we decided to purchase a new one. Jimmy was very informative on the new a/c and very professional also knowledgeable on what work was required to be done. The expediting of installing the new a/c the very next day made it easier on making the decision of purchasing the new a/c. Overall Jimmy was excellent. Sid and his crew were very professional and took all precautions to ensure work was preformed not to cause any damage and mess. Overall the company and employees met our expectations. We are very comfortable with our new a/c.

DO NOT USE THEM, STAY AWAY based on my experience, just my opinion.Hired them to find a gas leak and repair it, they turned off my gas so I reminded them to turn my gas on and please re-light my water heater they did neither. I called them the next day and explained they didn’t turn on my gas and they refused to help my husband spoke to them and they said they would contact us at730 am the next day they never called I tried calling them and no answer do not use them we filled a complaint with the BBB and wasn’t shocked to see they have a bad reputation there. After reading these reviews it seems like women have issues with them, not surprisingly by the way the treated me.

Had a quality tech named Grayson come out and fix my AC. Gave me three different options I could choose from to fix my AC and was very detailed with the pros and cons of each option. Walked me through exactly what he was doing and took a video after explaining what was replaced and why. Definitely will be requesting his service again in the future

I had to call Alien Air for the second time in 4 months! Different issues but just as professional, efficient and knowledgeable as the first time. Jeremy was quick to respond and very friendly .

Twice now a service person has been out, once to check an issue with the A/C in which he tried to sell us a capacitor for +$700 which turns out wasn't the issue (never did get the quote from him as promised). And yesterday another service person was out for maintenance and told us the coils and fan were very dirty and he had time right then to clean them and it would be $800! NO PARTS NEEDED AND PROBABLY AN HOUR OR TWO AT MOST TO CLEAN FOR $800 ARE YOU KIDDING ME? (And we still haven't gotten a quote on the either.) WHAT KIND OF SCAM ARE YOU RUNNING. As soon as our contract is up from the previous homeowner, we will be finding someone else to take care of us.

Scott was very professional. He called and arrived when he indicated and gave us a very reasonable price for the work. I would highly recommend A Better Place and will say that we will be using Scott for any future work around our home.

Tommy was very responsive on the same to get our power back. He had to replace an old part at night to make the power work - the job was difficult and he got it done with ease and a smile on his face.

We found it at the Chandler Costco on a sunday afternoon. If you are wondering who are the people that take up multiple parking spots wonder no more. If this is how they treat strangers I can't even imagine how they would treat their consumers. Selfishness at its finest for sure. Even if it was for a job then do they really need to park like that? I don't think so.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
