They explained why certain things needed to be done as opposed to just saw, You need this without providing any reason. Very happy with the service I have received.

The middle of the summer in Phoenix Arizona and my air conditioning goes out...
I called and Chris was so considerate and accommodating, within an hour Michael was at my door! He was professional and knowledgeable, he fixed a few parts and I was feeling the cool Air again!
I read reviews although I've have never written a review; but in this situation I'm so Grateful and impressed with their service I just had to share.
It ended up being 111degrees Yesterday! Today 117!

Incredible company! Thankful for them sending a technician out on a Sunday same-day service call! Temperature was rising through the night and I assumed I wouldn't be able to find anyone to come over the opening weekend of NFL Season Sunday. They had a technician available within a few hours to make sure I had my a/c fixed and comfortable! Amazing service!

He gave us multiple options and went over each one very thoroughly so we could decide what fit our budget and what was best ROI for us. I have nothing but great things to say about SMW and the owner Scott. They came in and saved my year after the misfortune I dealt with from another HVAC installer. Here is the backstory:I had purchased a new unit from a guy that ran his own “HVAC Company on the side” in May of 2018. This guy guaranteed me all the warranties and labor like all other companies. Starting in October of 2018 I had nothing but issues. The heater and air stopped working and the guy kept coming out and making excuses. He didn't know how to fix it. After repeated request to get the whole unit replaced, he finally agreed to do it. Then the real challenge happened. He disappeared. So here I am out $6000 and I have a new unit that doesn’t even work. Of course in February he finally said that he would pay for another HVAC company to come out and see if they could figure out why it doesn’t. (Yeah, at this point….I wanted to scream, cry, all negative emotions) In comes the company that saved my year.When you call in to SMW the guys that answer the phone are incredibly kind and patient. (There is nothing like great customer service). They sent out Scott (who I found out later was the owner). He was so patient and understanding of everything. He was able to get parts replaced under manufacturer warranty and only charged me for the labor. Of course, like any mechanical system it takes time to diagnose and come up with a plan. My air worked for a bit and then quit again. The guys at SMW were doing everything they could to make my system work without having to replace an entire HVAC unit and spending another $6000 to fix it. Scott came out a second time and nailed it. It has been running ever since.I’ve truly learned my lesson to never go for the guy that “does jobs on the side”. I didn’t save money and it’s only caused heartache. There is a reason companies are licensed and bonded. SMW is a prime example of the way a business should be ran. I’m forever grateful and in debt to how kind, diligent and outstanding they are. The world needs more people like Scott and SMW. I will always advocate for them. Thank you SMW for being a light in this world!
