We had Scottsdale Air out to fix an issue with our HVAC unit. The tech, John Areikat, did a fantastic job! He was knowledgeable and friendly. I moved into this residence 15 months ago. Getting ready for the second summer the a/c unit needed it’s annual maintenance and checkup. I had read about Ace Home Service giving veterans a discount. I set up an appointment. The technician that did the service call was Daniel. He is a professional at his job. He explained everything he was doing and what was wrong with the unit. The unit turned out to be 21 years old and had lots of problems and needed replace. He went over all available units that he could replace it with. Daniel was very honest on all units and did not try to sell us the most expensive one. He has very good customer service. He is a very big asset to your company and you are very lucky to have him as a technician. I do have to make a comment to the people who work in your office. I'm so grateful I called - it was 100F in my place over this weekend! I reached out today (Sunday) and my technician came right over, worked tirelessly and did some serious troubleshooting. I would leave less than one star if it was possible- rude office staff, they give a date and time frame for when they are going to show up- and then they miss their appointments- then they never call to follow up with you! It is understandable that things come up and rescheduling has to happen sometimes- however when there is no communication and they just never show up- that is a HUGE problem! -and its been my huge problem on 3 separate occasions now- i've never tried so had to throw money at a company in my life- safe to say that i have hired a new company at this point, and i will NEVER be calling this company again!!!

These guys are the best! Our a/c went out on a weekend and they showed up within a few hours to diagnose the problem. Thankfully it was still under warranty.

Unfortunately the manufacturer gave us the run around on replacement parts (apparently they no longer support our unit, even though it’s only 3 years old). Meanwhile our house was 118 degrees inside!!!

Rather than continue to wait on the manufacturer Junior and Jerry found a complete unit and swapped mine out.

I am grateful to know their are good people still in the world! Thank you for getting us back into our home!

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
