I have had the same technician for years, so this tells me the business has low turnover with competent professionals. I feel like I can trust their workmanship and their advice.

Mike S showed up on time and was very polite. Wore shoe coverings to protect my flooring. Explained everything with excellent pictures and what to expect what might happen in the future.

Was not pressured to make any purchases and explained payment options for when I was ready. Glad to have assistance when it was needed.

Update visit, Jacob C came out to continue work on issues. Very informative on pricing and options to decide from.

Tenant called about a non-working heater and Just Air was there and had the problem solved within an hour! Always reliable!

Pros:

- Prices are told to you and don’t change.
-Cardinal is quick at scheduling you for install.
-Warranties offered are better than competition and don’t come at a premium cost.

Cons:
-install wasn’t done correctly at first and they left wires exposed.
- They didn’t clean up the work space, and my roof was filthy afterwards.

Overall:

Cardinal made it right by coming back out to complete the repair, and now everything is done correctly. It is a little alarming they didn’t seal certain section of our roof and that could have led to a total disaster during monsoon season. But in life sometimes you get what you pay for, and this was about what I expected. Just make sure you double check your install, and you shouldn’t have any issues.

I spoke to Erica about my AC early on the morning she was awesome she took my information said she would call me by 7 with an ETA she called a few minutes before letting me know the tech would arrive about 8 am.. Erica was friendly courtesy and professional. Thank you Erica I appreciate you.

The tech (Rhett) arrived at about 8 started work right away. He fixed what needed fixed did not try to sell me additional work. He went out of his way to explain everything he had done. I asked for a new thermostat he put one in with no question showed how to program it. Very professional. Went above and beyond to ensure my AC was in good working order.

As an Arizona Real Estate Broker, I'm always in need of contractors and I have to say that these guys are primo! There's plenty of half a** ones and not enough professional, efficient and knowledgeable ones that's for sure. Had a Navien Tankless Hot water tank installed after it leaked and had to be replaced. This time it was installed correctly! Thank you so much Howard.
