Excellent customer service! I was on my way to rescue my mom from a possible plumbing disaster when I made a quick stop at QT. Sky, the A/C technician was stopped at QT also, and I approached him about their service call rates. He confirmed my fear (she really needed a plumber ASAP), then called the office to get her an appointment. And the service call rate is much more affordable than I was expecting! I will definitely call Penguin again.

Alex was our tech. He was very knowledgeable. He only suggested what we really needed. He wasn’t pushy. I like that he took video of our AC unit while he was testing the capacitor. He also showed us the video after her replaced it. Would absolutely recommend.

Mark is amazing, he knows his stuff and simplifies things to make sure you understand what he is doing and so that you know what is needed so that you can make the best choice. He triple checked his work and made sure that everything checked out. I called these guys last minute and they got back with me quickly, and went out of their way to make sure that I got service in a timely manner. They also gave a 30 mins heads up which was great to help make sure I was home when they got here. I will do business again and recommend them to anyone. No BS, great, honest work.

Travis was AMAZING! The whole team is truly helpful. Travis came out to see why our heater wasn’t working then came back to replace a part and clean the system. During the initial consultation, the entire staff was very responsive making sure there was someone coming out to our home. BONUS POINTS that this was also during the week of Christmas when things are usually just busier yet they still were able to get us into their schedule. We greatly appreciate the hard work the entire team did, especially Travis. He gave good attention to detail and was very knowledgeable. I’d recommend him in a heartbeat!
