Best Electrical Home Safety Inspection in Phoenix AZ

After having our 2 AC systems replaced 5 months ago, we had a question and called Parker & sons. They would not answer a question and said that we would have to pay them $80.00 to have a tech come out to answer the simple question. Sounds like all they care about their customer is their wallet. To me this is a very poor service after they get your money.edit: I don't know how to send a message

Love penguin air. I had two service calls today one for my plumbing and A/C both services technicians were kind and very professional. I have had a maintenance contract with Penguin Air for 6 years. They call to remind me to schedule a maintenance very year I don’t know what I would do without them. They are a great company. Love them. I would recommend them to any home owner.
