James was on time, a good communicator, gave me options, and fixed the problem quickly.

Here we are, not even 2 years after installation of our mini-split and it doesn't work. Again. This place is atrocious to deal with. While giving the worst customer service, they told us how excellent their service is, as evidenced by their reviews. They're great when you don't have a problem. Beware if you have any issues!

Lincoln Air & Plumbing responded quickly to our request for service. There was a knowledgeable person there to answer the phone, well before what I would have considered normal business hours. I soon had a call back to confirm the problem and provide me a window of when the technician would arrive. The technician arrived early within the time window provided, quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to correct it.

I will be relying on this company in the future.

After several attempts to fix our problem by another Co. Comfort One took care of all our repairs in short order. Great job!!

Hard to judge when no one follows up... Ive called several times. Ive had one of their reps out to my house to quote a new 2.5-3 ton unit, and then I never hear back. I am now trying to give them another shot 3 months later (during their slow season) and history repeats itself. Seems like they cherry pick their customers

I have absolutely no idea how this company is still in business. A work order was submitted to have a technician come out to my unit between 2-4 pm. At 4:30 I called because he didn't show up and he had gone to the wrong address. For some reason they didn't consider it important to check what unit they were working on. Then, once they do show up they have no masks or gloves on and enter my apartment. Only to then say that nothing is wrong.

However, when it is 84 degrees and humid in my apartment and my AC is set to 77, it suggests that something is indeed wrong when you consider it is only 85 outside at night and in the early morning. So they send another technician who also says that he can't find anything wrong. He requests pictures of the thermostat showing the difference of temperature, which I provide. They then say it's an insulation issue. That is impossible though because I have lived in this unit through 2 summers already and have had no issues. My neighbors are also experiencing no issues with their temperatures.

Edit to respond to owner: You did not reach out to my management company when you saw the address did not match, I had to call you myself and tell you they didn't show up. Only then did you say someone would be on their way. I never received any phone call signifying a delay due your reps realizing they went to the wrong location. The fact that you would lie about this matter further highlights the issues that your company has.

You also never addressed the fact that you could not resolve my issue. Another company was brought out and the rep actually listened to me and was able to solve the problem! It was a connection issue like I had suggested multiple times which is why nothing looked wrong to your reps. Instead, your first rep chose to remove freon, and the second one said there was nothing that can be done.

Scheduled a plumbing service the Proskill website yesterday and surprisingly got next day service. A customer service person called to confirm immediately after I scheduled. The time window was 8-10am the next day. This morning I got a text that the tech was on his way. He arrived at exactly 8am.Leif was polite, professional, listened, and provided expert advice. He was patient and explained my options, including some that I could do entirely myself. We chose to use the Proskill plumbing services and clean (enzyme treatment) our sink drains and overflows, same for the tub. Leif put on booties prior to entering our house and couldn't have been more pleasant. Great experience.Proskill has replaced our water heater, air conditioner, shower valve, garbage disposal, and more. Always excellent service.

Scott & his side kick Austin did a fabulous job of cleaning up after themselves. Though, professional, educated me as they went about their repairs. Communicated with me on what needed to be done, and ran to store for needed parts as they came into unknown issues. Very pleased with this company.

Knowledgable and patient. Phil at ACA was very patient and explained the install so that I could understand it. They made sure to cover my floors where they walked to keep my home clean. This was A LOT of money for me and they made me comfortable with the whole process. Would definitely recommend.

Manny was extremely professional. He was thorough and explained everything very well. He even helped me find out information on my AirCycler, even though they do not service them he went above and beyond to find a retailer that does and he also gave great advice regarding the product.
