Very professional, friendly and helpful all the way through the transaction. Even after I tried to cancel on them with less than a week before install ??????. Called on a SUNDAY morning to see if he could replace fan on AC system. He was very busy that morning but still managed to come within a couple of hours and fix it and didn't gouge on the price or charge for weekend. I have used Larson twice now since I have two HVAC units to cover my home. They are professional, ethical, reasonably priced, and punctual. They send you reminders via email and text which I find helpful. They even send a picture of the technician who sill be showing up at your door so there are no surprises. All of their technicians (Victor, Lyle, etc.) do an excellent job. They go over pricing before they start the job so you know exactly what you are paying for. They even send you a handwritten thank you note in the mail! Who does that anymore? I highly recommend Larson.
