My home warranty company sent a different plumber out to diagnose the problem. By the time we got them access to the shower valve they were booked a couple weeks out so my Home Warranty sent out this company. The plumber was on time, professional, actually just a very nice guy. He respected my home and my time. Most importantly, he took care of the repair that was needed

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. Ronald Fendrick was the tech that arrived and diagnosed the problems with my system and together, we came up with the solution to replace our antiquated system. He was very professional and knowledgeable and treated us like family. We've had a bad experience with another HVAC company and as our system was down, they told us they could get to us in a week. I called ACE at 11:15am and Ronald was here a little after 2:00pm.....the same day!!! And gave us an incredible deal on our new unit which was installed the very next day! It doesn't get any better than that. And Ronald was the best and kept our interest and wishes first and foremost.

I've used Parker & Sons on a number of occasions in the past four years. They're my go-to for work I can't do myself, always responsive and professional. Today's project, replacing a dying water heater, was no different. Estimator Joe showed up right on time this morning, listened to my concerns, laid out several options without pushing me toward any in particular, and got me scheduled for service this afternoon. Techs Russ and Santino pulled the old heater, installed my awesome new Rheem 50-gallon hybrid along with an expansion tank and pressure regulator, and left the garage in better condition than when they arrived. The entire process could not have been better.

Keith inspected and tested our new HVAC systems that were installed 30 days ago. He was very professional and kept us informed of what he was doing. He was very efficient and finished ahead of schedule. He definitely gets 5 stars.

When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business. I already have Scott's scheduled for a different request and plumbing need. Thank you for your professionalism and care for the client!

Amazing customer service. After I contacted them they showed up at 8 the next morning. Already knew I needed a new AC unit and they were able to get me in 3 days later. Day of install they showed up at 8 and job was done at 11:30. Their whole crew was very polite and left my house cleaner than when they showed up. Highly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing.

Fantastic customer service from the beginning to the end (for now) from this company! Making an appointment was super easy and the technician was friendly, quick, very helpful with information, polite and completely professional. Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.
