I was out of cool air for more than a month this pass summer waiting for service for my unit. A friend told me about Mike. I called and talked with Mike about my problem with the unit. Mike was able to take care of the air- conditioner within a week after looking at the unit. Mike did an excellent job communicating with me about the unit. Can’t say enough great things about their quick response and willingness to come out diagnose, and fix my broken A/C after the first 100 degree day in Phoenix. Wow these guys make quality Duct work. Their turn around times are unmatched. Seems like a great company, the guys in the shop are always happy to help. I heard the owner even pays for the employees Health Care in full. Who even does that these days.. Amazing. 10/10 They have built a Customer for life. Thanks Omniduct!
