Jay is legitimate and straight forward. He was very honest and even showed me what he was doing, during the maintenance process. Jay did a full AC inspection and cleaned the AC coils and blower motor. AC is blowing stronger and colder and we are ready for the summer. Jay is not a large company, so this is your guy. My air conditioner went out, call another company and after 5 minutes the first thing they tell me is you need a new unit. So after some google searches I found Cool Summer Air company and they did a good job for me, the repair took about 2 hours, also the technician explained to me what the problem was and the costs of the repair. Thanks Cool Summer Air my a/c unit is working fine now.

Air Dynamics has been my A/C install/repair professionals for the past 26 years. ALWAYS friendly staff, extremely fast response time, available in emergencies. Most of all, honest well-trained technicians who can fix any issue day or night and never overcharge for parts and/or service. One of their techs had recommended a dual air handler mini-split unit for a small structure on my property. I bought one on his recommendation. It was a brand he'd not yet experienced installing elsewhere, but this brand fit my limited budget. He and his workmate stayed long hours, through his workmate's son's birthday party, through Christmas, even after sunset to get the tricky system working. It took several days of long hours until the unit began working properly and when the the ordeal for them was over, the bill was for the price originally quoted despite the level of difficulty this particular brand required and all the extra days it took to figure out. They never gave up!. They were amazing, hard-working, patient, dedicated technicians. The mini-split has been operating perfectly since 2015. They are the ONLY company I'll use. Outstanding people, outstanding company, outstanding service. Wish I could give 10 stars!

I was impressed with the work that was conducted by this company. I had 2 experiences. The first time my condensation pipe had a hole in it. At that time he completed a full review of my unit and advised me accordingly , which was this is an old unit and it's going to just stop working eventually. Recommended!

I contacted A-Rated AC after another company said my unit could not be repaired and I needed a new AC unit, so I wanted a second opinion. A-Rated AC came out promptly and informed me that it could be repaired. They returned the next morning, and got me back up and running! All within 24 hours. I really appreciate the service and very fair price.
