These guys were honest and did great work. Dave, the owner, is a great guy and helped us every step of the way. The initial cost to do the work for going green is expensive regardless of the company, but after three months I can tell you it's totally worth it. My electricity bill for July was literally cut in half!!! If you decide to get a Green Audit through SRP you should use Green ID.

Amazing service from the start, Nathan was extremely professional and very informative as of why my ac unit was not working. Was on time even asked before he arrived if we needed anything from the store due to our unit being off, who does that now and days. Nathan diagnosed the issue, quickly fixed it and we got our home ac working again. Very glad we finally found a reliable and honest HVAC company.

Jay is legitimate and straight forward. He was very honest and even showed me what he was doing, during the maintenance process. Jay did a full AC inspection and cleaned the AC coils and blower motor. AC is blowing stronger and colder and we are ready for the summer. Jay is not a large company, so this is your guy. What you see is what you get, honesty!! Also since he is not a large company there is not a 2 to 3 week wait on scheduling, at least not yet. Oh yeah and pricing is amazing. Call Dynamic today!

Jeremy is who we have always spoke to, and he keeps his customers best interests at heart. Jeremy took the time to let our home know what was going on every step of the way when we needed to replace our AC unit. He calls back as soon as he can if he happens to miss our call. We appreciate that he makes sure our home is cool especially in the hot summer. We would recommend to friends and family.

Our a/c went out Sunday morning,went thru home advisor and worlock sent us an email saying they could come out right away. The owner came out gave us a great price and our new unit was installed Monday by noon!. Talk about fast. We only had to endure one night of heat. Great service wish I could give more than 5 stars! They came and did work that charge was beyond belief. Smell in bathroom was bad. First time out was a two hour charge. Smell did not leave. They came back out and charged 9.5 hrs. They did smoke test and two toilet rings. The two toilet rings was 50 dollars! So a smoke test and two rings approached 800.00! So i believe they took advantage of my girlfriends kindness. To say a total of almost 1000 dollars for a smoke test and replace 2 toilet wax rings is beyond fair. Sad fact

Would like to add further insight. There customer service has matched their job quality. For them to provide an itemized receipt showing line by line exactly hours and service provided has been an up hill battle. About the only thing they have requested, outside of money is this review be deleted. Just sounds wierd to me. Please whoever does read this review ask why all the negative reviews have very similar ideas in them. Have a nice day.

I contacted A-Rated AC after another company said my unit could not be repaired and I needed a new AC unit, so I wanted a second opinion. A-Rated AC came out promptly and informed me that it could be repaired. They returned the next morning, and got me back up and running! All within 24 hours. I really appreciate the service and very fair price.
