Best Air Conditioner in Phoenix AZ

We used Arizona Air for our annual AC maintenance. The technician was on time, very courteous and professional. He gave an honest diagnosis of the AC system without charging us a lot of money for unnecessary repairs. We will use Arizona Air’s services again and will definitely recommend the company to our friends as well.

After hassling with our warranty company to fix our AC after it was out for three days in 110+ heat we called A Quality to help us. Not only were they able to squeeze us in the same day but they did a thorough job in their inspection and took the time to educate us on how to deal with the problem. 100% all our future HVAC services will come from them from now. Nicest people and the speediest response during the very busy summer times here in AZ. It was so nice to be treated with empathy after hassling with the warranty and a few other companies. A little kindness goes a long way and they definitely understand that in their business model.UPDATE: A year later we're still with A Quality HVAC. Both our units are due to be replaced and so we were able to schedule a time and get financing from A Quality. Best prices for the best work and customer service. No regrets staying with them.

My fridge quit working overnight and I called them on a Saturday afternoon to see if they could help. Ilya answered right away and came out within a few hours. He was able to determine it was a bad relay, replaced it...now my fridge works and the stress is gone from my weekend again! Fair price for quick service with a warranty. Highly recommend!!

Encountered one of your employees reckless driving About 915am on the 303 interstate getting off at cactus. Such a reckless employee should not work for your company Driver doing at least 90 mph on the freeway in the middle lane. Such recklessness. Then cut in front of me to get off at cactus. And I am the one that called your office to complain but the lady said all the managers were in a meeting all day long.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
