Eric is just the best, no one takes care of their customers better, he serviced my units for years, then led me through choosing the right units when replacement was needed, saved my thousands, and the new high efficiency units are still saving me money.

I called Marlin Services needing someone to look at our water heater which had been leaking and was shut off. It was warranty work. I spoke to Dorena who was very knowledgeable and helpful and she even offered to have someone come out the same day. I had called another company and they were reluctant to come out at all and the best they could do was 3 days, so I was ecstatic to find a company so helpful.

Lonnie and Cole showed up when promised and even though this particular water heater had a recirculation line (which was more work, and I didn't know to mention that when calling), they cheerfully went to work and replaced the water heater and hauled the old one away. They were friendly and efficient and the whole overall experience with this company was excellent. I would highly recommend Marlin Services.

With this Arizona heat it's almost impossible to live without an A/C, so, when ours went out, we were miserable. Thankfully, Nick came to our rescue. Our service was quick, easy, and the entire experience was amazing, we're not melting anymore! The service was fast, professional, and I would recommend them without a second thought. They were friendly, quick, and the problem was resolved with no issues whatsoever. True lifesavers!

I have been looking for a reliable company that could fix my HVAC unit for over a year now. I am very happy with the service that I received, and they were able to come out and give me a quote within 24 hours. They were polite too! I definitely recommend this company if you need HVAC repair!

We have been extremely pleased with this company. They are very friendly and professional. Omar came today to do an inspection. He again was friendly and professional. I loved it to that he was on time. They never make you wait all day. They let you know when they are on their way and when to expect them.

Ulises and his team did a great job installing my mini split system. They are professional, courteous and do a great job! They also do repairs and are very knowledgeable on diagnosing and addressing the problem.

I will always use Roy, best price, polite, answered all my questions, completed an A/C and heater install in one day and replaced all items, so everything is brand new. ? I had a great experience with Jashua at Arizona Valley Heating and Cooling. First, he was on time, had great communication skills though the whole process and good follow up. It’s rare these days you find someone who has good customer service skills but he was great! We had a situation with our awful home warranty company, Home Choice Warranty where they first referred us to a guy who told us we needed a new air handler because it was our fault for neglecting the maintenance on it. Not true at all. Fought with them for a good while then they recommended a 3rd company to come out and that was Jashua at Arizona Valley Heating and Cooling. He checked things over and it turns out as we knew it would we didn’t need the whole AC replaced but needed indoor coil and pan replaced. Anyways, he did the job and the headache is gone and I would recommend Jashua for any honest, dependable AC jobs.
