Best Repair And Install in Phoenix AZ

Literally the best service for our heating system. We purchased our home with heating system and have faced so many barriers to servicing our wall mounted boiler. Newman Commercial Refrigeration plumber was outstanding. He was so knowledgeable, kind and addressed the concerns quickly and more importantly efficiently.

I recently purchased my first home. Needless to say me and my boyfriend are pretty clueless when it comes to maintenance so we purchased a home warranty plan. A few days ago our AC goes out (just as soon as we are starting to hit triple digits) so I put in a service call. First they referred me to some company where I left multiple messages for 24hrs and never spoke to anyone. I call my home warranty service back the next day to complain and they refer me to A Better PlaceLLC. I received a call from Scott (the owner) saying he would be out that day and he was at my home a few hours later. He's professional, confident, has a sincere friendly quality, knows what he's talking about and keeps it real. He's also friendly with pets :), my lil 4yr old french bulldog Bella was having the best time trying to distract him in anyway she could. After finding the issue with the AC he made a call in my favor to the warranty company that helped ensure that they cover the replacement part right away. He had the part readily available, and AC was back that night. From now on when I call my home warranty service I will only request A Better Place and should be TOP on the list. I also hired Scott to clean the coils of the air handler to help maintain the unit and have it working efficiently for the rest of the summer. He squeezed it into his schedule and returned the same week. This maintenance service is not covered by home warranty plans. The quote he gave me was the MOST REASONABLE PRICE OUT THERE, and you couldn't ask for any better service. A Better Place is truly the BEST PLACE. I highly recommend you CALL THEM FIRST. I just had my A/C unit serviced by Robert last week and I have to say it was THE BEST experience I've EVER had dealing with any service repair or maintenance call. Not only did he show up at the very beginning of the time requested...he even made a call to let me know when he was on his way. He took the time to explain to me what was causing the problem and specifically what he was doing the correct all the issues. Given I'm not a professional A/C guy, I really appreciated him explaining all the work that needed to be done to me in plain English too. He didn't make me feel stupid or intimidated to ask questions so I understood exactly what I was paying for and why the work needed to be done in the first place. I'm an AZ native so trust me when I say I've had plenty of dealings with A/C companies and techs in the past and nobody compared to the level of service and the UNBELIEVABLE results that I got from Robert and Marlin Services. I'd recommend him and Marlin to anyone who wants the job done right and at a reasonable price. It's hard to believe, but thanks to Robert, I'm actually cold in Phoenix in the middle of May!!!!

Nick was amazing! Came out and gave me a quote and was able to fix my AC issue! Was able to educate me on AC common issues. Highly recommend! Initially scheduled the company to fix a issues to get my AC back on, now will be using them for all my AC needs!

They were on time, quick,proficient, professional, thorough, and also great communicators, and I felt very comfortable in what all the technical details that they were explaining to me.
Sometimes challenging to find such extreme professionalism and integrity, plus all the other qualities we all are seeking in a great company offering services in our beautiful Valley of the SUN!

Trash. That’s all I can say. I bought a new unit 2 years ago and it broke down 2 times last year. Now this year it broke down 2 more time in the past month and it’s down again as of 8/23/21 that’s 3 in the last month. Each time it was a $175 charge or more. I don’t recommend this company to anyone. Highly regret coming here.

I've used them for a very long time, and I've always been satisfied with their services. Both expert duct and vent cleaning services and punctual appointment arrivals are offered. Anyone in the area who requires air conditioning service should get in touch with them right away.

Did what they contracted for professionally and on time

I engaged Certify HVAC to re-route my clothes dryer vent. Ulises understood exactly what to do, and even improved on the idea. Two days before the vent work was scheduled, my AC stopped working. Ulises came a day early, and identified what the AC problems were, and repaired everything. He also solved a long-time problem with wiring to the Nest thermostat.The next day the vent project was completed nicely right on schedule. Ulises is a great listener, problem solver, trustworthy and keeps to his word.

Not only were fast, friendly, and masked up - they fixed out furnace problem very quickly and efficiently. Will use again (if needed!) and would certainly recommend.

Brian was great to work with. Timely, explained the issues, and helped us work through the problem very quickly. We were up and running and confident in the work done.

Contacted him about an ac issue and within a half hour he had us up and running, an absolute life saver and a friendly attitude to boot.

After a long day of playing 36 holes(and knocking back some cocktails) in the desert sun i arrived home to my surprise and the AC was OUT! i went into panic since it was 4:30pm and around 110f, called a couple of other companies which will remain nameless in this review and could not have someone come out ASAP, all appointments backed up till the next business day AT BEST. Came across Velox Air website, called them up, got on the horn with Sarah who was absolutely amazing! Not only was she knowledgeable & professional, she sent a technician over in less the 1 hour. I was about to reserve a room at the Four Seasons to get out of the house but it was not necessary! we had the AC fixed in less than 1 hour after the technician and his team arrived. I would DEFINITELY recommend this company from Cheyenne who called me during the repair to let me know the status of the work to Ralf the technician(wore booties and a face-mask before entering my home and this was BEFORE the COVID-19 pandemic) anyone looking to repair their AC. Extremely timely, honest, professional, CLEAN & polite...Even got a call a couple of days later from Sarah to check if all was to my satisfaction, highly recommend 100%
