Best Commercial in Phoenix AZ

My air conditioner went out, call another company and after 5 minutes the first thing they tell me is you need a new unit. So after some google searches I found Cool Summer Air company and they did a good job for me, the repair took about 2 hours, also the technician explained to me what the problem was and the costs of the repair. Thanks Cool Summer Air my a/c unit is working fine now.

A1 Heating & Air LLC was the only one willing to step up and take on rezoning our house and putting in two new systems. Completed all of the work in 3 days. I would recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC work!

Urgent Air was referred to me by my Dad (Joe Bock) and they were excellent! It was late at night, 108 degrees outside and our air went out. We were able to get service immediately and our technician, Tom, was prompt, honest and knowledgeable.

I actually work for an HVAC company here in the valley but we were booked out for days ahead but Urgent Air was able to get out and get the job done.

I contacted A-Rated AC after another company said my unit could not be repaired and I needed a new AC unit, so I wanted a second opinion. A-Rated AC came out promptly and informed me that it could be repaired. They returned the next morning, and got me back up and running! All within 24 hours. I really appreciate the service and very fair price.

Eris was easily the best service I've ever used for HVAC and A/C repairs. One company said my units were bad and needed replacing. Eris came in and showed me exactly why that wasn't the case and fixed it with a couple hours of work, some caulking, a little lift in the attic, and a recharge. It was like the whole system was brand new. I'll never go anywhere else as long as I'm living in Phoenix. He's the best.

The guys at Phoenix Air Department are the best. I’ve had them service both my home and business on multiple occasions and they never disappoint. Always on time, service technicians are polite and super friendly. Install and repairs have always been completed when promised, correctly, and have never been billed more than agreed to. I wouldn’t use any other company for my HVAC needs.

The best and only thing my home warranty ever did for me was sending Jeremy when I wanted my units checked before my year was up. This small but growing family owned company is the best from the office girls to Jeremy, the owner. They are the true meaning of honest, fair, trustworthy and reliable. Customer satisfaction is their goal and they deliver. I purchased their maintenance program and my winter check and cleaning found a carbon monoxide leak in my system. Needed a new furnace and a/c unit. Jeremy made certain I had the most value per dollar spent and I can't say enough about his team of installers. They were quick, efficient, courteous and clean. Jeremy was in and out throughout the process to make sure everything was done to his satisfaction. I initially thought the cost was high, but in talking with others and comparing...I have the best for the most reasonable of anyone. Can't begin to tell you what a relief it is to be able to rely on a small, customer conscious company that cares. I have recommended them to many and hope for his continued success.

They came and did work that charge was beyond belief. Smell in bathroom was bad. First time out was a two hour charge. Smell did not leave. They came back out and charged 9.5 hrs. They did smoke test and two toilet rings. The two toilet rings was 50 dollars! So a smoke test and two rings approached 800.00! So i believe they took advantage of my girlfriends kindness. To say a total of almost 1000 dollars for a smoke test and replace 2 toilet wax rings is beyond fair. Sad fact

Would like to add further insight. There customer service has matched their job quality. For them to provide an itemized receipt showing line by line exactly hours and service provided has been an up hill battle. About the only thing they have requested, outside of money is this review be deleted. Just sounds wierd to me. Please whoever does read this review ask why all the negative reviews have very similar ideas in them. Have a nice day.

Ducts Inc's owner Dustin responded so quickly to getting someone to look at my unit. I was fit into their schedule the next day, and Jorge showed up right on time. He found our issue, explained it well, and gave us a quote. He offered to let us shop around for a better deal, but he had all the equipment needed to get the job done that day so we went ahead. He was able to get our system fixed and back running possibly better than it ever had before. DON'T WAIT UNTIL SUMMER TO GET AN INSPECTION ON YOUR UNIT. Seriously, call Ducts Inc and get an overall inspection on your unit before summer. They will not disappoint!

Friendly staff, great service, dependable and smart technicians.

This company has been out to check my air conditioning twice. They cannot figure out what the problem is and do not seem to care. Each time the contractor was out here for a very short period of time. Our AC works intermittently but that is not good enough in Arizona. It is 107° out and our AC is creeping up to the mid 80s. When I called the company, the agent was completely disinterested and told me someone could call me back tomorrow. I would not recommend this company and would not use them if we weren't tied to a home warranty. I am getting to the point where I'm willing to pay to have it fixed and just lose the warranty money.
