I have been using A Quality the last few times that I have had HVAC needs and I’ll never use anybody else again. They are professional, thorough, affordable, friendly and the quality and experience is second to nobody. Five stars!!!

This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.

Cody was so very nice and was knowledgeable about the thermostat. He walked me through the process and showed me how to use it and made it so easy for me to use.

Called Scottsdale Air based on reviews and seeing their vehicles around our neighborhood. First call was on a Thursday. They said someone would call us back that day but we never heard back so I called again Monday. They were apologetic and sent someone that day. He said he fixed the issue but as soon as he left my husband checked and it was still actively leaking in the house. I called and asked if someone else could come take a look they said they would send someone Tuesday morning. I called late Tuesday afternoon to see if anyone was coming and they did not have us on the schedule, again they were apologetic and able to get someone out before the end of the day. He did a little more work and investigation than the first person but again told us it was fixed and again we discovered it was not right after he left (my bad for not checking while he was there). I understand it is an old system and may not be fixable but I would rather know that than have fake fixes.

Great group of guys and excellent customer service! Quality and consistency of work was so stellar that that I decided to work for them myself after being a customer for 3 years.

These guys are amazing. We asked to check our air conditioning system. They found a problem in our filtration system that no one ever fixed during a routine inspection. They are honest and decent. I thank them for their excellent work.

Just had a customers air conditioning checked as it's not working after some remodeling work King HVAC came out and found was low on freon they charged cleaned and serviced, and gave us a very fair deal... customer is happy. I will definitely use these guys again and would recommend

this company has continued to call me for two years on a house I don't even own. I have asked them over and over to stop calling me and they still call and text me every single month. I have been patient, and blocked all of their phone calls and they STILL call and text me. I am now reporting them to the FTC. STOP CALLING ME! I DONT LIVE AT THAT HOUSE
