B3 refrigeration was the only HVAC who was willing to come over in order to install a solid state contactor that I bought as our old one was making a lot of noise when engaging.

Other companies didn't know about that or weren't familiar with it and plainely refused to do it or wanted to install a old style.

B3 sent Tim over and even though he never installed one before he was smart enough to figure it out and installed it in no time while explaining what he was doing.

I'm a DIY person and I was thrilled on how he explained things and we had a good talk while he installed the contactor.

Summer is almost over now and the new contactor acted like a champ.

Jose and his crew are top notch! Great customer service from the initial request all the way to the end of the install. Jose keeps you updated through the whole process with pictures/ videos and educates you on your HVAC needs. He is punctual, professional, and does very clean work. Very great price for a new heat pump system when compared to other quotes. Will definitely be using him for my other unit when it dies and my yearly maintenance needs. He might be a small business but it doesn’t stop him from delivering the best customer experience possible.

It got really cold in Arizona which I didn't think would ever happen. Turns out my furnace wasnt working which made the family pretty unhappy. I found Accutemp online and they sent someone out immediately and fixed the furnace and now my home is warm and toasty. I appreciated that the technician didn't try to upsell me on anything but when I do need a new system I will be calling Accutemp.

They did a great job. Would hire again.

New air conditioning unit installed. I highly recommend ProSkill Services. Joe came out to estimate and was thorough in explaining options, answering questions, taking measurements, photos, etc. This morning just a little past 7 AM, the team pulled up with at least 3 vans and 2 trailers. Dave, Hunter, Ryan, Kyle, Derrell, & Alex arrived and were professional and courteous in demeanor, workmanship and appearance. They were a synchronized team, each knowing their part and getting right to it. They protected surfaces, and cleaned up after themselves. New vents were cut in 5 places and I expected to see chips or other evidence of the work and there was none. I truly am impressed with their service. It has been a long time since a company had “wowed” me with superior service. And to top it off, they came in substantially lower in price than 2 other local companies.

Let me say few things about this business. I have been using their service for the past few years and 100% happy with their service. They are honest, reasonable and knowledgeable about what they are doing. Next time, when you have an issue with your HVAC system, give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business. We called Marlin to be put on a regular service program twice a year. Robert was the technician for the first appointment. He was very knowledgeable about our unusual system and advised us of all he was doing. We encountered some issues later Friday evening so we called and he returned the call in just a few minutes, gave us instructions and then returned Saturday morning to solve the problem at no additional cost! We will ask for him in the future and are glad we contracted with such a reputable company.

You'd be well served in hiring this firm to handle your hvac needs! Ulisses is very thorough, competent, patient, and above all honest. I found this firm via Facebook, and am in the process of collecting bids to changeout a 4 ton split heatpump. My installation presents couple of unique challenges, and Ulisses has been very wise in layout and addressing options. I've seen his work and it is excellent! Very refreshing to see in a world served by mostly corner cutting, overpriced hacks. His changeouts re-use what's practical, but replace everthing that is otherwise tired. His pricing is among the best you'll find too! Also look at his bid sheet! He delivers much more for your $ in his changeouts than most. You'd pay well over double for comparable services performed by the big bow tie corporate van guys!
