Service is always excellent... Todd our technician is the best. He takes care of not only our house but also takes care of the rest of my family houses... He always shows up on time and is professional.Our house needed to have additional room A/C units put in. Todd and his team got them installed perfectly. It was a major financial decision to make for us but we had total confidence the team of SMW to do the job 100 % to our satisfaction.

Scott was simply great. He came as promised within the hour after my call, found the fan on the AC unit had burned out motor and replaced it and got the unit working. All done within one hour after he arrived. This work was on the roof with temperature around 108F. This was on a Sunday afternoon about 4:00 pm.
I recommend Airforce1 to anyone who needs prompt response and good work done by one who is committed to good service.

and courteous his office Assistant Linda was. Good team!

Fixed my AC issue, but was way overcharged. Was charged around $600 for a job that should have been around $150-$400 tops. Beware.

Urgent Air was referred to me by my Dad (Joe Bock) and they were excellent! It was late at night, 108 degrees outside and our air went out. We were able to get service immediately and our technician, Tom, was prompt, honest and knowledgeable.

I actually work for an HVAC company here in the valley but we were booked out for days ahead but Urgent Air was able to get out and get the job done.

We had a high profile tenant moving in and we needed a couple units serviced ASAP. Another company came and quoted us 2 GRAND to move the condenser to the roof because it wasn’t getting enough air flow.

Thankfully we called Phoenix Air Dept. They came
out the next day and were able to diagnose the problem and actually create a REAL solution for less than half the original quote from those other guys.

Now our tenant is happy as can be. Phoenix Air Dept saved us time, money, and gave us true peace of mind.

I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.

Our family had the pleasure of getting a new AC unit this past week. Our apartment complex Montero at Dana Park contracted with Alliance and let me tell you...we met a gentleman named Able Chacon and he was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, patient, took all clean protocols...I mean this guy was on point. From the moment they arrived on scene, to taking everything apart, his coworker Damien securing the crane...then finally putting everything together, running the new system for testing. Expensive prices wanted to charge me $2,500 on a repair for a refrigerator and also charged a after hour service fee to just see what the issue was $250.00. I don’t recommend that anyone does business with this company unless if you want to get robbed for your money

He saved our animals! After being in CA during the recent monsoon we came back to a 120 degree temp inside and calling all the “local family at your service” guys he answered and was at my house within 2 hours and 15 mins before he said also! Figured out what was wrong and had my AC up and running better than the day it was “put in”. Thank you so so much!!! Affordable, hard working and super legit!!!

This is less of a review, and more of a character referral. I'm an HVAC tech, I used to work with Aleks years ago before he started South Mountain Air. I don't live in AZ anymore, but when friends and family ask who to call, I still refer them to Aleks, simply because I know he's an honest guy that cares to do the job right. I don't get anything for these referrals, I actually haven't spoken to Aleks in years. But I knew him well enough then that I still trust him to this day.

You may not always get great news when it comes to repairs needed for your A/C, but if the news comes from Aleks, you can trust that it's the truth.

We discovered a lot of water around the AC interior unit. I immediately called S'dale Air. They arrived within 3 hours. Scott, the technician, accessed the situation as a clogged condensate drain. With some extra effort, he was able to clear it out. Scott inspected the rest of the unit, communicated his findings in clear and understandable details. The inspection and problem was solved in approx. 45 minutes. I was very satisfied with the entire process... the initial phone call to completion!
