I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.

I was very impressed by how experienced Thomas was and specially the fact that he video tapes the issue which I could not been able to see and explaining to me so I could Justify the expense. This created a trust which is hard to find in service industry now a days .

Horrible!
Not only did he lie to us about our air conditioner , he sold us a maintenance policy for several hundred dollars. Then came back when his repair failed, and told us our unit was not able to be repaired.
One week later, we had some one else come out who fixed our unit for $80.00!!! I called him and told him about the repair, he said nothing.
One year later, he call us back like nothing happened.
This company lies and scams, do not use!
The owner himself came out , also lied about how many employees he had, and about his company in general

Austin was great! He was willing to answer all of my questions regarding our A/C and condenser unit. He was on time, professional, and courteous. I had a water related emergency and Second Opinion was able to send out a tech the same day I called! I would highly recommend them for any A/C or plumbing needs! FAIR PRICING TOO! I never felt like they were trying to charge extra or get more money than estimated.

I have used Layco twice now, and they were outstanding both times ! ?. They have never tried to “sell” me on fixes that I didn’t need ! Prices are very reasonable ! Ask for Alan, fantastic Tech !

Dennis Dizon made a follow-up visit to check on my recently installed system. He offered to set up wi-fi operation of my thermostat through my cell phone and clearly explained everything so that even I can do it! He checked pressures and made changes in my system from default settings to settings that are now optimized for efficient performance in our Arizona climate. This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.

Valleywide needed to enter my property to repair a drain line in a condo on another floor of a high-rise. It was a complicated issue, and in the end Valleywide did a fantastic job, I even had the owner come out and speak with me and apologize. Very professional.
