They were awesome they replaced a part on a furnace at a rental property of mine and mailed the part to the manufacturer because it was under warranty. This saved me $300 on a $525 bill. I was expecting to get my AC serviced and all that I got was someone who told me which AC cooled which part of my house and what temperature each vent had coming out of it. I was told that one of my AC’s was to small and I should get a bigger one. I was also told that of course my AC’s were working to hard and that I could REPLACE my AC units and lower my electric bill when my units are working just fine. I declined for him to go in the attic as all he had tried to do is sell me stuff. DO NOT buy into this we are doing a special on servicing your unit. Like I said there was no servicing, they pointed a laser at my vents and told me where each unit cools(which I already knew). Basically they are selling a lie, they are not servicing units they are trying to sell you a new unit.

This was the best experience with a company I have had sent out from any home warranty company. Jesus was the tech that came out to my house, and he was very professional and friendly. He took his time to try and figure out what was going on and fix the problem. The office and scheduling was perfectly professional and friendly as well, got me in a very reasonable time frame. Will definitely refer to my clients and those I know.
