Scott was great. I attempted to wire a smart thermostat myself and blew my units transformer in the process. He was able to get out the same day I called and replace the transformer. He also recommended that I replace some old wiring connecting the unit to the thermostat because I was experiencing power lose at the thermostat. I did just that and BOOM, everything powered up as it should. Great experience, thank you Scott!

I have an older and odd setup in a Scottsdale condo, where they use hot water from the water heater to the air handler for heat, and of course require a lot of cooling. I've had multiple leaks in the past and attempts from other HVAC providers have all failed. I had Larson out to assess and to provide options for fix and replace, they were great. Opted to repair with drain pan fix, condensate pump and transformer additions, coil cleaning and refrigerant added, and more. The service (and sales) team is awesome, I will keep using them 100% including their annual 'cool club' plan for maintenance visits and future discounts. Very happy to find a smart and responsive HVAC experts like Larson, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

ACA installed new AC unit for us. From the very beginning we had nothing but great experience. All technicians are very knowledgeable and provide no nonsense professional service. Installation was completed ahead of schedule. They also took care of our APS rebate and manufacturer registration. Will use them again and would recommend to anyone who needs AC services.

Service technician was on time and very polite. He thoroughly checked out our heat pump, explained everything he was doing. I will use SMW in the future for HVAC needs.

Urgent Air has installed a new unit for us and serviced both of our houses for ten years. I have found all experiences with them pleasant and the team is reliable and priced honestly. Dave and his team are a homeowners dream. After being quoted an astronomical price to replace a compressor on a TRANE unit that was warrantied(only the part) MD's was plenty fair on price and offered excellent service front to back. You'll be glad you hired this company.

Tommy was great. I used him first to replace a fuse in my panel. My panel was old so we discussed replacing the whole thing which he did about a month later. Great work. Does what he says, when he says he’s going to do it, and at a fair price.

The people that worked with me on the service call were outstanding in every sense of the word as is reflected in my assessment of a five star performance. I seldom ever find that in this day and age but they were truly a delightful exception to the rule.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.

I met Praveen at a Home Show in Scottsdale. He showed up when he said he would and provided a competitive price for new AC units with air handlers. He delivered them on time and his installers were professional in all respects. My AC usage has declined 45% with these new three stage units. I highly recommend Arizona Air as a trustworthy contractor.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!

Hung up when trying to hire them. Guess they don't like new business.
