Today I had a York air conditioner installed by 3 technician's. Charlie C & his crew Calvin W & Edgar R. I received a call beforehand & wow they was here on time. The three of them were so professional. They knew exactly what to do and finished the job earlier than what they've anticipated. I would definitely recommend them to other customers. The guys were on time and worked tirelessly until the job was complete. The installed system is not only efficient and effective, but it also looks great. I also asked for a couple of other items to be done with my ducting and they completed those items with no issues. After the guys were all done, they answered all of my questions and cleaned up any mess that was made. Each and everyone of the people working on my HVAC installation today were helpful and very nice. Overall, it was a great experience.

I've been with Howard Air for years - including a new install - and couldn't recommend them more highly. When you have an outage, you get a bunch of recommendations I use (so and so) and my response each time was No, I've got Howard Air, nobody touches them.
Reasonable prices, for sure, but their service and professionalism are unrivaled at every touchpoint in the process.

Ulysses arrived ahead of a scheduled visit for a quote on a new HVAC system. By the time he left 2+ hrs later, he didn't feel we needed a new system yet, and instead replaced a small part he found to not be working as expected.
