Great place and great service.

This is one of the worst companies my wife and I had to deal with. To preference is, we did not have work done on our residence by Cesar and Brandon, but we dealt with them in Dec 2020, on a bid to repair water damage. Cesar has since apologized for Brandon and himself, but we feel we needed to post a review, so others are aware of our experience. Long story short, it started with Brandon being pretty aggressive over the phone, he pressed to get our home owners insurance policy number and sign a work order even before he got to our home, when initially it was a phone call to understand what the damage was exactly. He did not appreciate my rebuttal and refusal to do so.
The three of them show up 45 minutes late, unannounced, leave their loud truck running outside with the trucks lights shining on the neighbor’s home/windows, super awkward and enter our home. They go into scare tactics of the amount of mold present (no proof) even after it was a small water leak, that was turned off right away by the way. They talked about having to tear out the downstairs wall, get some fans on it to dry it, it’s a serious health risk, etc. The kicker is, they go upstairs to inspect the bathroom, my wife who is clearly pregnant, was winded when they got to the second level, as well as the others, and they asked, “Are you bloated?” Unreal. While upstairs, they said they’ll have to tear apart the tile, inspect the under flooring and that it’ll be about a 1 month job and cost between 5-10,000 dollars. We were flabbergasted at these happenings.
Brandon and Cesar called me the next day, asked what my thoughts were and if I’d like to move forward. I said no, listed off what happened above, in particularly the poor taste comment towards my wife, and he said, it was an ice breaker, it was a joke. That he’s also working on Brandon and helping him become more professional. Well, my wife didn’t think so. I then explained to him and laughed in doing so, that you gave me a 5-10,000 bid, that it’s such a huge difference, and continued to laugh about, it’s not like it’ll be 2,500 to 3,000 and that you didn’t even write out a bid or email me a bid like the other companies did. At that point Cesar said, “You have some sort of demons or something? I’ll pray for you tonight.” I couldn’t believe it at that point, on exactly what I just heard and it was over with.
During this all, Cesar continues to preference they have 5 star reviews, but I’m not buying it, if you look, they’re mostly from users posting for the first time or second time. I get the feeling they’re paying for fake reviews. But what do I know, you be the judge, but I’m just honestly telling you what I experienced.

I had the whole 5-10000 dollar bid, fixed for $550, a week later by a trusting small business, who couldn't have be more honest. And he said there was no mold! ha ha

We work very closely with Arizona Fire & Water Restoration and they are nothing but amazing. Jim Doorley and Brad (with tech) have gone beyond our expectations and we greatly appreciate it.

Excellent service and beyond professional. These guys are who you need to call for a true and honest opinion. They came over and did a thorough check on my water leakage issues. Rare these days that a company gives you such a value. Although I didn’t end up needing anything major, they came and reassured me of things at no cost. If ever need any true mediation, they are top of the list. Thank you.

Wow, Hugo and his crew were wonderful! On time every day courteous, communicative and very clean. This is something hard to find these days. I would definitely recommend them.

Had toilet supply line broke, flood our house 100% called my insurance company and they recommend Restore Master, called and them right away and they showed up to our house in next 45 minutes , was the owner with 3 other helpers , super nice crew , they walked me thru to entire house to explain whats needs done , this company deserve 10 star super happy with with work they have done to our house , and I will recommend Restore Master to anyone for any water and mold damage .

I replaced all my flooring and baseboards, also had some electrical done like ceiling fans, lighting, etc. I worked with Scott (part owner) as he was referred to by a friend of my wife's. He was wonderful to deal with and very responsive. Everything came out better than expected and I know some of it wasn't easy. We had two new pendant lights put in which came out perfectly centered over the kitchen island. The vinyl we chose looks amazing and the tile that got installed looks even better. I would certainly recommend them to any family or friend.

I had a water leak on a jobsite due to an accident. Quick restore came out ASAP to dry the area. They were easy to work with and cleaned up fast. I will be calling again for anything in the future.

Cesar and his team do quality work. I highly recommend them and will hire them for my next project. They just finished water damage repair which included mold removal. They also did an amazing bathroom remodel, installed new flooring and are installing custom stairs. Water Fighters are great!
