I am so happy I called 1-800 Water Damage. From the very first phone call, I could tell they were an amazing company. Not only did they make it to my home in less than an hour after I called them, but they answered all of my questions and helped me understand the entire process with my insurance company. Calling them was the best decision that I made. They handled all of the flooding in my home in LESS than 72 hours. And that's say A LOT since I accidentally flooded two bathrooms, a hallway,my master bedroom, a closet, and a connecting wall! At first I felt totally embarrassed because I had left the bathtub running for well...a very long time - but they were so professional and I instantly felt like I was in good hands. Belfor kept excellent communication with us during the stressful repairs. Special props to Juan Grado as the project manager and his team. They completed the repairs on our schedule and Juan came out several times to make sure we were happy with the work and his crew. If we pointed anything out to touch up Juan had someone out immediately to make it right. The Belfor team were very pleasant to work with and the work that was done looks great. I definitely recommend the Phoenix Belfor office for your restorations. When it was time to sign papers and handle insurance Juan took charge and we had no stress or hesitation to sign we were pleased with the job that was done. Phil and Aaron called me to confirm arrival and did so right on time. They listened to me explain the problem and did everything they could to help determine the cause of my leak. Unfortunately, they were not able to fix my issue in the end but still pointed me in the right direction for next steps.

The Tempe office is great - excellent service - very helpful. Only one thing that is a problem - not being able to reach them directly by phone - the central phone set-up is more than cumbersome.

We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

Horrible service. Carpet looked worse than it did before they ran a cheap home carpet cleaner over it. Save your money. Above all don't zelle this guy anything. Operates out of a residence. Non professional. We had to pay for another actual pro to do over. Paid $150 to have dirty smelly carpets. Would give zero if possible.
