I can't rave enough about Square One Restoration!! We did a total remodel of our 1960s era kitchen (complete with the original floor and oven). We gutted the entire thing down to the concrete.

Ryan at Square One helped us from the very beginning of the project through the last detail. He guided us through the entire process of lay-out design and choosing the materials like cabinets, hardware, flooring and counter tops. We had no idea how many tradesmen I project like this would take ,we had a ton of people come into our home for the project: masonry men come seal up an exterior door, a carpenter for the cabinets, electricians for the can lights, pendants and additional outlets we added, a plumber, and a tile guy for the floors and backsplash Ryan was an expert at keeping us aware of when different people would be arriving, what to expect, what they were going to be working on and letting us know of any changes to the schedule. His communication was extremely transparent and attentive. Also, the work space of our home was kept extremely tidy and orderly. Aside from the obvious construction zone of our kitchen, all of the different tradesmen left the work space clean and organized at the end of each day, never leaving tools or materials laying around which we really appreciated!

I must also speak to Ryan's attention to detail. When remodeling an old home, you're bound to find a few surprises. One example that came up, our drain for our sink was tiled 1/2 an inch downward, instead of 1/2 inch backward, which was causing water to sit in the line. Our other sink cabinet had a dampness we could never figure it out. This is something that someone could have easily skipped by with us being none the wiser, but Ryan informed us he was going to have a plumber come correct the issue before continuing to move forward so everything was done the way it should be. It was corrected, and everything was right back on track. I can't thank him enough for treating our home as if it was his own, and making sure everything was perfect!

We are in LOVE with how it came out, and we now can't wait to remodel another area of our home with his help!!

My hot water heater started leaking in the middle of the night, I called and they walked me through shutting the water off. They arrived first thing the next day and installed a brand new water heater, they were professional and affordable. I would recommend them to anyone that needs disaster relief! Great experience!

We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

Thank you to ATH restoration for helping us navigate the frustrating world of water leaks. We found ATH online when looking for a company to help us determine what was wrong with our house. Their reviews were great so we gave them a call. Nathan was extremely helpful coming out to asses the work that needed to be done. He was also able to recommend a great plumber along with a company to help in our rebuild. We are very thankful we found ATH restoration. Since we had no clue about the process to follow with a water leak, we were able to trust the information Nathan and his team gave us to be accurate. Nathan was always available to answer any questions we had and constantly checked on us to make sure things were going smoothly while our house was drying out with fans! We hope to never need these services again but would recommend Nathan and his team to anyone that found themselves in the same situation we were in. It is hard to find integrity and honesty in companies these days but we found it in ATH and their recommendations.

I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
