The sales representative, Joe, thoroughly explained their process, pricing and payment schedule. After we signed a contract, he gave a schedule for completion and they stuck to it. Their work crew showed up on time every day and worked tirelessly with few breaks. They kept me informed on their progress, paid close attention to detail and ensured that I had use of my kitchen throughout the project. In the end, they delivered a beautiful kitchen. It was hard to believe such a great transformation could happen in just 5 days. We used Timber Brothers for a custom media wall and a custom island wrap and the experience from my first call with Joe through completion of the projects was stellar. Their work is absolutely beautiful and completely custom. Even though I had a hard time conveying exactly what I was looking for, Joe was able to interpret my asks and my style and build exactly what I wanted and then some.
