Highly recommend!! Extremely professional and on time. I had a water leak in my home and Servpro of NW Phoenix was out to my home before too much damage was done. They quickly extracted all of the water. The team was very polite, efficient and hard working.

Water fighters helped us redo our whole shower after a leak. They came out on a holiday weekend right away to begin the process. The workers were all professional and they worked quickly to get our bathroom working again.

Cesar B did an amazing job with drywall repair, texture work on walls and painting. He is very professional and provided excellent customer service. Lied to by this so-called restoration company. Suppose to repair kitchen, bathroom & garage. Abandoned and collected money from my insurance company for incomplete and messy job. My calls to General Manager, Paul were never returned. Had to take off work on 3 occasions for nothing. These people owe me money for lost wages and valuable time lost. They have no respect for customers time. I only wish I read some of these other reviews 1st. Shame on me. Beware. I suggest using reputable and established companions like ServoPro.

What started out as a landlords nightmare when a new washer was delivered and leaked in our second floor condo to the bottom condo. The delivery company was dodging accountability, so we had to call our own plumber/ restoration company which was Quick Restore and they came to the rescue! They did a great job at documenting all the damage and ensuring everything was dried out, before putting a plan together to replace all the damaged floors. The quality of of work was great and we were so impressed with the company - we had them redo our kitchen at the same time. Looks like a brand new condo. Would hire again! We worked with Kaleb who was also a great communicator!

The water line on my fridge busted and flooded my kitchen late at night, the Technicians responded quickly and promptly and were very helpful. Clean up was fast and they got drying equipment running the same night. They did the demolition efficiently and got my kitchen put back together in less than two weeks. I was very pleased with their kindness and helpfulness.

By far, best job I've had overall. Dan Keen is an selfless, honest and reliable boss who has literally taken shirt(coat) off his own back for me and has done many other acts of random kindness. He looks out for allhis employees as they were family. His work is unmatchable on all levels at a reasonable cost.
