The employees did an EXCELLENT job! They dismantled a large portion of a wall that had an abundance of water within it, dried it all out, conducted a mold inspection, and after the issue was corrected, put everything back like the day they arrived. I HIGHLY recommend Disaster Recovery Restoration for any water issues.

Worst experience EVER!!!! Waisted my day waiting for scheduled service from 12-3 to arrive at 3:38pm after calling multiple times for ETA. Very unsatisfied with manager and his communication skills. My technician was great but corporate would not reach out or get back to me. Waste of my time and money!!!

Horrible experience with this company! Actually they do mot deserve any kind of star! The secretary lady seemed to be very nice so i trusted they were a good company until i met the main boss contractor Tim! He is very rude and definately has an Anger problem & should never be a part of a business if you do mot know how to be professional about it! I had them do a releveling service for me on my double wide trlr but come to find out i was told they could not do it due how bad it measurements were from one end to the other so they could not relevel it so was told to just get my refund and find someone else to do the job so thats what i went to the office for on monday but instead got a rude awakening from how theyre real true colors are and was even threatened to be picked up and thrown out of there! Very unprofessional and a rip off business so highly do not reccommend this place!! All i can say is Karma's got my back!

Jason went out of his way to show me exactly what was going to be done and why. Ron was a friendly and skilled expert at fixing and repainting the damaged drywall. All at a fair and reasonable price. Cleaned all my clothes and rugs. I think they are overpriced. My art work looks the same as when they took it. I do not think it was even touched but i sure was charged for it. Backing paper was still water stained. Looks like they just dried it out. I could of left it in this AZ heat to dry it off too. Took 3 months to get things back with multiple calls to get that accomplished.
