Best Window Service in Phoenix AZ

This was a Fantastic experience from start to finish. We had several roofing companies come out to give us estimates and tried to talk us into their more expensive products and time frames were 9-12 weeks. We got in touch with Castiler Roofing and spoke with Alex who pulled satellite as we were on the phone and was able to look at our patio roof and give me a real time quote on the phone. He let me know they could have this done in one day and that it would be a week out and he would call me. He followed up with pictures of a similar home/job they did and called me the day he said he would to tell me that his guys would be out the next day. Yonathan and his crew showed up, got their materials, and got everything done. They were unbelievably professional and explained what they were doing, made recommendations for what really needed to be done and worked the entire day getting everything done. It was a GREAT job, exactly what we needed, and the guys cleaned everything before they left. Alex and Yonathan were both very knowledgeable, professional, and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They really listened to what I was asking them for and delivered. The next day after working with Alex was amazing getting our roof inspection report and invoices. I would recommend this company hands down and plan on working with them in the future.

I don’t know if anyone else has had a problem finding contractors who are HONEST and do high QUALITY work without absolutely gouging on the price but I certainly have had that problem during my time in Arizona. From missed appointments to extremely poor communication throughout the process of home improvement projects, I feel like I have experienced all of the worst things...

That is until I found Tacheny Exteriors! They recently helped me with a roofing project and I must say I totally underestimated them (even to the point of being rude to them at the beginning of the process because of previous negative experiences with other contractors- sorry about that!). Not only were they prompt, professional, and proficient but they even helped consult me on a few things that would have been unnecessary expenses which kept more money in my bank account.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who has had less than stellar experiences in the past- they will show you what it’s like to truly be a valued customer!

After a hail storm last spring I filed a claim with my home owner’s insurance. The adjuster came out, looked over my damage and said that they would be sending me a check. I had no idea what to do next. I called the owner of this company. He came to my house, looked over the damage, took plenty of pictures and said he would contact the insurance adjuster himself on my behalf if I didn’t mind. The next thing I knew was the insurance adjuster advised me that I would be receiving additional funds. He then called me wanting to know when I wanted the repairs done. From that point on I would receive a call from the project manager advising when each repair or replacement was to be done and everything was put back in better condition than it was before the storm.

I was in the market to repair some storm damaged roofing on my garage. The house was also in need of an update. I called several companies to come and give me estimates for the repair and replacement of both roofs. They would show up give me a bid and when I would call them back to clarify some things on the estimate you may or may not get a return call.
I had PCC roofing and construction to also give me an estimate and Sean was the point person. He showed up for the estimate went over the options I wanted. He sent me the proposal the next day, spoke with him about a couple of changes. He came back apx a week later and we firmed up the quote and job. Gave him a deposit and set up a apx date to start.
After that he called about a week before to tell when supplies would be delivered and what day they would show up.
The roofers showed up for the work.The staff were pleasant to deal with Seans brother ( Brian) was the point person during the work. Any questions or concerns he dealt with. The site was cleaned up well each close of the days work.
Sean came out the nest day and we did a final look of the completed work. I was happy with the work and employees.

The team was extremely quick and efficent in the job they did. The roof looks 100x better. Very clean and they got rid of all those unneeded satellites left behind by previous owners. I love the end result.

We had damage to a roof vent due to recent high winds. It has been very difficult to get anyone out to repair it since it is such a small job. Curtis-C came through and got it done.
I just can't say enough about how professional they are even on a tiny job. From their scheduler Trish, to the technician Alfredo, they kept me informed as to appointment time, were right on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Our roof was in really bad condition. They had to replace a lot of plywood.Randall addressed all the bad areas and did a Great job! We will recommend this company to everyone we can.

Roof Medics re-roofed a tile roof for us. They were excellent from start to finish. They answered all of our many questions and gave us a roof we think will last & last. It looks great, too. The reason I am taking time to write this review, though, is that Darrell went above and beyond all expectations. Months after they put the new roof on, he took care of an issue (minor) and was very kind about it. I think that is pretty impressive since he could have blown us off. I highly recommend this company.

The combination of ALLROOFS and GAF can't be beat. As a Master Elite Roofer ALLROOFS applied the highest standards to my GoldenPledge Roof; no detail was overlooked and I had the additional benefit of having the manufacturer (GAF) warrant my roof. GAF even came out and inspected the roof themselves. I feel confident the roof will be around longer after I am gone.
