Michael and Juan showed up within an hour of my initial call to my homeowners insurance provider for water damage. They were friendly, professional, hardworking and wore masks without asking them to. Definitely would recommend to anyone with water damage, these guys are awesome!

Shamrock, Isaih, and Casey did a great job at our home. They were very professional, and did a great job of leaving our home clean after they were done. They were very courteous and treated us with respect. Tony was also very personable, understanding, and provided us great assistance.

My homeowners insurance hired them to assess damage from a water supply line that broke off a toilet. They did find and notify me of other, unrelated issues that I was going to have to fix so I was stressing about how I was going to pay for those.
They spent a lot of time measuring areas of the house that were not affected, which I told them were not.
Watch out for these people!! They do work for the insurance company. In the end, the insurance company denied the claim and left me to fix the damage out of my own pocket in addition to the unrelated issues.
I never saw the report or heard from this company again.
Wouldn’t recommend them to clean the city dump.

Acuity Builders is doing some work on our church. Ken and his team have done a great job communicating and meeting the timelines they projected at the start. If an issue arises Ken is always willing to do what it takes to get the issue resolved. I would recommend Ken and his team to anyone.

We recently used Phoenix Carpet repair to clean a white linen chair for one of our clients. Our client is very picky so we were worried. The customer service and follow up from this company is THE BEST! I emailed them photos of the chair and they told me right away they knew they could do a good job. I appreciated this as they did not waste my time and money by going out and trying to clean it. I knew in advance that they could. I highly recommend this company.

This guy was hired by allstate to check on moisture issues found on a bedroom carpet in my home after a heavy rain..He came in and suggested the claim from allstate to be dropped and advised he could do the work of drying out the area, replace the padding under the carpet and that he would check for the issue causing the leak..
A fan was placed in the area and left overnight..The area was checked the following day and the padding was never replaced and the cause of the damage was never looked into..The charge for using a fan? $300..When he was questioned via email about the work and the charge the entire story of what was going to be done had changed and a breakdown of costs was created in an attempt to justify the $300 charge.
A deceptive and dishonest business that overcharged and didn't do as promised..I would steer clear of this shady businessman..
Allstate was given the information and hopefully, do not use this business for any of their claims issues..

James and his coworker (I don’t remember his name) were very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job on our very soiled sectional. I wanted to give them a tip but the company has a no tip policy so I hope he is rewarded for great work by his employer. I had never used this company before and am always anxious trying a new business but this one was wonderful to work with.

Be careful working with this company if you are a temporary worker. They love to exercise their power over you.

I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
