Had an amazing experience with ASAP. Within an hour of making a call they were en-route to my home. Upon arrival the team of Shamrock, Julien and Casey set to work on assessing the damage and prepping my home (laying down walkways & securing the impacted area) for restoration. They educated me every step of the process. To find courteous and efficient (they were always on time) help is rare. They left their work areas clean and thoughtfully laid out my dbelongs in my garage carefully wrapped and organized so I could go through them at my leisure. Another company wanted to charge for a whole bath remodel job, and when I contacted Tom and his crew, it turned out to very a very minimal job. Great job done and what's more I saved all the big bucks. Just goes to show how some guys try to hard sell seniors with unnecessary work. Definitely call these guys later this year to clean and treat duct work. Service and crew terrific.

We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

SCAMMERS!! Rip Off Artists!! Stay Clear... these people do substandard work and hire unlicensed people. As soon as they get your Insurance info that is their ticket to the lottery.
They removed my entire roof when only a 1/3 was authorized just to pocket $$!
Unprofessional. Unethical. And, when the Owner knows the Judge by first name that will tell you how many times people have taken them to small claims court.

AMAZING SERVICE! My tub overflowed and it affected a few rooms. I had no clue how significant the damage was and know restoration is expensive. I called 2 companies and 1 carpet cleaner who is a friend. The first guy came out and tested walls and baseboards and basically said to call my insurance, it will cost about $5000 to replace the carpet, baseboards, remove desk cabinet, etc. He offered to pay part of my deductible. Shady. Then came Matt with Lotus Restoration. They came out within a couple hours and did the same testing of walls, carpet, etc. He explained the process and damage thoroughly and said I caught it in time and the total cost would be $350 to extract, place fans, and dehumidifiers for a few days. He was so nice and didn't mind my dogs sniffing all over him, lol! Carpet cleaner friend seconded Matt's solution.

This is a scam don’t fall for it.
