Steven took time to really examine my issues in both directions. He assessed that the main issue I had was outside, and their core business product is for inside. He collaborated with his team, and a 2nd person will come out to validate what it will take to address the outside issues.
The Number Flow product seems great (Steven showed me a sample). I will hang onto the bid for the inside work and likely go with that in the future.
The company culture seems very customer focused. No up-sell or hard sell tactics, just good data and respect, with a good product and process to back it up.

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

On the most recent, the plumbers who actually did the job (John and Chad) were very polite and definitely knew what they were doing under somewhat difficult circumstances.

If I could give more than 5 stars I most certainly would! This company definitely cares about their customers & making sure they are satisfied! I had a slab leak in my bathroom, Mike came out to give me a free estimate, he even did a follow up call the next day to see if I wanted to schedule that repair. I had 3 other companies come out that day. Mike was the first guy to show. He was respectful & was very Informative on how the repair would be handled. I am a person who gets very nervous around people I don't know & to allow them in my home I often get extremely nervous. I did not feel that way with Mike & that follow up call sealed the deal. Let's not forget to mention the cost was a lot less than the other companies. He wasn't trying to up sale anything, was straight forward with it all! The day came to do the repair they were on time & his assistant Alex was very kind & respectful as well. I was comfortable enough to just be outside and allow the guys to work. I was worried that my small dogs would be a bothersome due to their barking from having to be outside but they said they are use to such and not to worry about it. The work they did was awesome & literally was less of a mess then I had expected. I received a new water heater as well which was installed with perfection. They left no mess behind & was very thorough with what they did. I highly recommend this company! I went with the comfort of my gut & I was not let down! Mike & Alex are awesome!!
