Omg where to start!! We had our drainage pipes replaced because they because it busted all threw out home !! Acuity builders was amazing!!! We had started with a different company with our kitchen, needless to say we didn’t let them go any further! We hired Acuity builders , what a difference between the two companies!! From start to finish , Gaby did our walk through and estimate, answered all questions and dealt with the insurance company!! Matthew was the foreman for a project . Him and his team did a beautiful job on our bedroom and bathroom ! We did some upgrades to our bathroom and our bedroom floor, Mattew gave me an estimate and stuck to it !!! Matthew was very communicated and answered all questions! After 6 months of being out of our home they came in took over like a⭐️ Boss ⭐️and got us home !!! Thank you so much !! We will be using them in the future!!

Bleach and brand new carpet are not a good mix and left us with white spots on our hotel's hallway carpet. Robert saved us from having to patch or replace these sections of carpet by dyeing the white spots to blend with our patterns. My biggest compliment is that I had to look for the spots he worked on. Highly recommended from our business.

This company is not reliable. They were hired to dry out areas that were water damaged. After their amateur attempt to dry out the area, we were told it was dry and safe to drywall. Even after being paid, the water was never cleaned up or dried and they left a mess for us to clean up. They moved items on top of puddles, leaving items to rust! The walls were not dried out which caused the brand new dry wall to stain and eventually need replaced again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were repeatedly lied to and their employees no showed on several occasions.

You guys are tremendous and can't thank you enough for your quick response and services. DYW saved my commercial kitchen from a flood disaster.

It was OK - to have the whole house done with the 40% off was still vry expensive so I opted for the minimum.
