DRR was quick, empathetic and effective. I had another restoration crew tell me that I needed to replace the whole floor after a water burst and to not even attempt to dry the floor. DRR came in and dried everything up and took care of the project in about a week. Highly recommend

Cannot provide us an accurate or complete quote of the work supposed to be starting in a weeks time. Will not work with us to include work we need or want done with the restoration. Having been living with black mold growing daily for 4 months already and at this point just going to accept it and find another company.

Lied to by this so-called restoration company. Suppose to repair kitchen, bathroom & garage. Abandoned and collected money from my insurance company for incomplete and messy job. My calls to General Manager, Paul were never returned. Had to take off work on 3 occasions for nothing. These people owe me money for lost wages and valuable time lost. They have no respect for customers time. I only wish I read some of these other reviews 1st. Shame on me. Beware. I suggest using reputable and established companions like ServoPro.

We had Andrew from COIT over today. What a great guy. We scheduled COIT to come and clean our Travertine. He made it look awesome with a mirror finish. The great thing was how well the areas came out were the dogs run through. They had been scratched up and Andrew was able to buff the marks out. We are extremely impressed with the professionalism of Andrew. If we had any thing bad to say it would be the price was a little high. You get what you pay for though!
