A few months ago, I discovered some mold in my home and I called this mold removal firm to take care of it. They took their time, were kind, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire procedure.

It is rarely or almost never that we post reviews on a public website. However, it is imperative we make this exception, given the service we received from Tristan during our stressful situation wherein our home had a water leak and subsequent significant damage. Tristan was instrumental in relieving our stress by his calm and kind demeanor. He swung into action immediately - estimates and clean up of our place were done within the week and 3 weeks later our home is back to normal. Discussions about payment were almost non-existent - there was trust and the priority was to fix the home. Attention to optimizing cost while doing an excellent job were evident in the discussions. Updates were frequent and timely despite having many other projects on the go - It was like he was fixing his own home! The team of Caleb and Jose were great. They acted quickly to set up there equipment to check for asbestos, and also keep the room dry. They were really polite in answering all my questions, and there were a lot. They called me back when they said they would. Their professionalism and politeness were outstanding. Tim did an awesome job with the cleanup, was very responsive, stopped by several times to check on things, and took care to clean up everything each time before he left. BOR was recommended by our insurance. The initial consultation and water mitigation repair started out to be expected. Camron was responses became sporadic. The work and subsequent completion of the job was left incomplete. Part of my kitchen that needed to be salvaged was left in my backyard ( stove and microwave). The cabinet repair was also left incomplete. I’ve reached out numerous time with no response. B

Well what can I say Phil left me speechless. I had a flood in my house water running down the hallways and out the doors and walls some spots 5 inches deep. Phil came out fast took over and dried up everything and then started the replace and repair. Phil and his crews did a fantastic job not only is everything back it's better than it was.
