We had the best experience. We unfortunately had a devastating toilet related flood and called the first company that came up on google. We were so lucky it was 1800 water damage. They came over quickly on a Saturday, the were completely understanding that we were upset and unsure what to do. The two gentlemen that helped us were Adam and Jordan. They were trustworthy, professional and quick. They passed the inspection right away and our insurance company was happy with their service as well. My son is on the autism spectrum and they humored him when he kept saying hi and bye and even were patient when he was running around because he was anxious about what was going on.

We became first time homeowners in October and to have such a devastating claim within the first year, people like Adam and Jordan made it so much easier by putting our minds at ease. Thank you also to the owner Tom for hiring such a great crew. We appreciate the quick service and great communication. I hope we never need see you guys again but if we need to, we will definitely call these guys again. Based on the pictures I’ve sent family, they said this was some of the cleanest best work they’ve ever seen. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

If you experience a disaster of any kind to your home or business Go To Services, Inc. is the best! My business flooded from a burst pipe and having had bad experiences with a prior service company I asked a friend who i should call. Go To Services arrived within 30 minutes with an army of skilled workers carry massive amounts of equipment to handle the job. They knew just what to do and even helped me through the insurance claim process. I was able to keep my business going and was fully operation by the time the insurance adjuster had arrived! Thank you to ATH restoration for helping us navigate the frustrating world of water leaks. We found ATH online when looking for a company to help us determine what was wrong with our house. Their reviews were great so we gave them a call. Nathan was extremely helpful coming out to asses the work that needed to be done. He was also able to recommend a great plumber along with a company to help in our rebuild. We are very thankful we found ATH restoration. Since we had no clue about the process to follow with a water leak, we were able to trust the information Nathan and his team gave us to be accurate. Nathan was always available to answer any questions we had and constantly checked on us to make sure things were going smoothly while our house was drying out with fans! We hope to never need these services again but would recommend Nathan and his team to anyone that found themselves in the same situation we were in. Kevin Frost went out of his way to disassemble my recumbent bike . I have a two story house, he had to disassemble and bring downstairs to be picked up. He was very nice & respectful of me and my home .

We had a house fire/lightning strike 19 months ago and still not close to completion. It has been one error after another, poor communication, and submitting sub par estimates. What they will say and do are completely different. They don't seem to care or speak knowledgeable about city codes and details of the job. I don't recommend or have confidence in this company. They seem overworked and not engaged in the project. You know it's a bad sign when after you sign a contract you are the one doing most of the follow up and feel like you work for the company. They actually sent the wrong house estimate to our insurance company. They aren't detailed oriented. They will blame the insurance company for not providing funds for damage and things not covered. They either have 1 star reviews or 5 star reviews. That's not a good sign. Don't do it!!!! We highly recommend a public adjuster and they are unable to effectively deal with the insurance company. I am writing this to save you a nightmare.

Kustom is hands-down the most professional company I have ever worked with. My water heater burst and flooded my garage causing damage to my garage and living room. My friend referred me to Kustom and they sent a mitigation crew very quickly and were able to complete the repairs ahead of the scheduled time quoted.

Adam Portillo was the supervisor of mitigation and right off the bat set the tone for how great of a company Kustom is with how quickly and professionally he handled everything.

Jimmy Dawson was the supervisor for the repair crew. He did a phenomenal job and went above and beyond to help my family. I really feel that he cared about our well-being and not just completing a job. I cannot say enough kind words about him. Everyone in the crew were friendly, professional, and a pleasure to have at the house.

Kustom did an amazing job from day one. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be hiring them again in the future!

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.
