Best Restoration Specialist in Phoenix AZ

AZFW is hands down the worst contractor I’ve ever worked with. Extended review is on yelp. Losing paperwork, charging for services not rendered, lying, not returning communication, pointing fingers, damaging existing property, unable to complete repairs, attempted blackmail; the list never ends. I'd avoid this company at all costs. Almost 6 months after starting business with them, the repairs to my wall still need to be addressed, there is additional damage by the company to my floors to be remedied, and I've had an increase in my homeowners insurance as a result of a claim being paid out. Not at all worth the hassle.

This company is made up of some of the most professional and upstanding people. I trust them with my home and my family. Especially the receptionist Nina and office manager gloria have the best professionalism when it comes to getting a job done on time love this company

I have used another restoration company and can honestly say that I wish I’d known about Rocky Mountain Restoration. They are professional, responsive, thorough and efficient. They also had really good equipment.

I'm a property manager and we had a leaking water heater which when getting fixed we realized there was a lot of mold surrounding the heater. I called 1-800 Water Damage and they came right out and evaluated the issue. We gave them the business and throughout the process they kept us informed of what they were doing and where they were at in the remediation process. After the job was complete pictures were sent to myself and the owner (I also went and checked it out myself). I would definitely use them again.

I had a flood in my house because a couple of pipes burst so WMF came out very quickly and they were at my home for about five hours to get everything set up. They were good as it can be when your house floods and they came every day until we are satisfied. They were super nice. Everything was great.

When we walked into our rental property after our last renter left and saw that the base boards were coming away from the walls and the paint was peeling or bubbling in 4 areas of our home, our hearts dropped. Upon a closer examination, we were seeing a dark substance under the paint and were sure that we had mold. We knew we would have to call in a remediation company to come in. And we didn’t know what to expect or how long things would take. Timing was extremely important to us as we were planning on moving back into the property on a temporary basis and had a strict timeline to adhere to.

My husband had located ASAP Restoration through Angie’s List. We contact them to come out to review the situation and determine what steps would have to be taken. Josh Rudin had come out to assess the situation. Throughout the entire process, from assessment to completion, Josh and the ASAP team were absolutely amazing. They truly lived up to their name and stand by their work. Josh was very good at explaining things in layman’s terms, was extremely responsive and constantly followed up with us to make sure we understood what was going on and to see if we had any questions. Josh was able to meet our timelines so that we could move into the house. He took pictures of everything throughout the process so that we could see what had occurred.

ASAP Restoration lives up to their name. They are quick, but they also ensure that no corners are cut. Josh is a very honest and trustworthy businessman who knows this business inside and out - from the actual damage to the insurance and claims side of this business. And if there is anything that did not get completed as anticipated, he and his team will ensure that anything as deemed under the original contract is taken care of.

We had an awesome experience with PuroClean! They were really here for us when we needed it the most - my moms entire house flooded late Saturday night, so we needed help with the water mitigation and dry out of the entire house fast. I was connected to PuroClean and they took our call in the middle of the night (prob 1am) and their team was at our house at 9am the same day. Incredible! James and every team member at PuroClean was incredibly friendly, patient, knowledgeable, hardworking, communicative and very caring during such a difficult time. What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.

Ray Odum came to our home and figured out what the problem was and how to solve it. It was actually more extensive than we thought. He was very knowledgeable and professional and was always there when we had a question. All of his workmen were nice to work with. We never minded having them in our home. Guillermo is an exceptional tile man, a true artisan. We were very pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend this company for any restoration work.
