Clean up was fast and they got drying equipment running the same night. They did the demolition efficiently and got my kitchen put back together in less than two weeks. My insurance company strongly suggested I used them since I insisted I wanted quality. Having dealt with water damage several years ago, working with substandard restoration companies is a total nightmare. However, this company was a pleasure to work with, and I’d be happy to use them again.

I wasn't impressed. One time they showed up 3 hours later than promised. The next two times they show up unannounced. The workers were nice, hard working guys but they just didn't know what to do. They replaced a section of subfloor in an upstairs bathroom but their repair wasn't safe to stand on. I don't think they showed up with the right tools and materials for the job. The estimate included laying tile and reseating a toilet but the workers didn't know that. After writing a check I didn't hear back. The repair they promised and wrote into the estimate wasn't completed. I reached out and asked for a refund for the incomplete work. I had to hire a different company to finalize the job.
