All the crews working here over the last four days have been amazing! It has been the hottest weather of the year, and they have cleared out and dried out my flooded bathroom. The packing crew for the first two days did an excellent job boxing and packaging all the items that could get saved! Today the crew was excellent. That removed all the damaged furniture and carpet/padding, and now the bathroom is being dried out! Looking forward to working with the repair crew ones the bathroom pasts the dryness test! this staff was one of the guys in charge of setting up numerous fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the floors after some recent water damage to my home, and he also made numerous excursions to check on things. they were prompt, polite, and really professional. their good nature and diligence helped to ease a challenging situation.

We had water damage in our new home after Best Buy installed the washer/dryer incorrectly. Within a couple days after Leonard and Lawrence came out to assess and give us a quote. As soon as we heard from Best Buy they were here to clean up the mess. Lawrence was extremely professional and walked me through where the damage was and how much of the wall to take out. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process even though it was very stressful seeing our new house in this way. I would recommend this team to friends/family.

We used Interstate Restoration for a water damage restoration project. Interstate was the preferred vendor of our insurance company. In a day and age when most contractors could care less, Interstate demonstrated a commitment to clear, timely communication and high work standards. This was particularly so with Mark Serey, Project Director who bid the job and worked with me to accommodate the budget. We went through a couple revisions which was no problem for him. He handed the project off to John Lulaj, Project Manager to coordinate the different teams. John is very knowledgeable about details and procedures of construction. His experience generated confidence. The project involved dry wall, tile flooring, electrical and painting. I was highly satisfied and can recommend them for restoration or remodeling at a reasonable price.
