I will start by saying that most of the trades people were very nice and happy to explain their process. The owner was responsive when we hit a plumbing snag. Unfortunately, that’s where it ends. Our rude project manager made the experience unpleasant. The completed project shows a definite lack of attention to detail and is not what one would expect from a professional remodeling company. We have two remaining rooms to complete in our home but will not be using Holtzman nor can we recommend based on our own personal experience.

Scottsdale Bathroom Remodels just completed our bathroom remodel and we are so happy that we chose them. We love our bathroom, It's beautiful! Their employees were very professional. I never felt uneasy about any of their employees coming in and out of our home.

Steven and Mark of Miracle Method of Tempe did a beautiful job on our 60 year old tub. It looks brand new...even better than my high expectations. They were fast, friendly and total professionals! Thanks so much for your great work!

We sincerely recommend Project Construction LLC for any home project. We design and manufacture custom cabinetry for Robert Valenti and worked with him to design and make all the cabinetry for his project. The entire project was so clean and well managed. The level of professionalism and expertise was exactly what we enjoy working with. We hope to be working with him again soon.

Had two rooms that I wanted to replace the carpet with tile that matched what the home builder had installed. Got several quotes, the price was reasonable plus Alan and his team were able to get to work with in a few days of receiving their bid, which in the mess of post COVID scheduling was amazing! Floors look great and would highly recommend Alan for a job well done!

Our remodel included a complete re-do of the master bathroom, two guest bathrooms, repaint entire house and an update of the fireplace wall. We interviewed several contractors but we decided on CCR due to the professionalism of Praveen and his team. Each person, especially the project designer Haleigh, on the team is extremely responsive and easy to work with. They listen to the client's needs and make sure you are satisfied with the progress and end result. I have not yet met another business owner as passionate as Praveen so I trusted he will deliver the end result I am happy with. Overall the quality of the work was good and they are willing to come fix any problems as necessary after the remodel. I recommend CCR to anyone who is looking for a dependable contractor. This letter of recommendation/review dated January 30, 2023 (hereinafter the Letter of Recommendation) is submitted without reservation.

We are the homeowners that retained Apollo Builders to remediate major damage done to (i) the two-car garage; and (ii) the laundry room. The damage was extensive and required, among other things, reconstruction of the load-bearing walls supporting the garage and the laundry room (hereinafter, the Damaged Areas).

My wife and I are both seniors; unfortunately, my wife suffers from difficult health-related issues that require the intervention of various specialties found at the Mayo Clinic. I stress this point because Tyler Kestner was highly sensitive to these health issues when planning the remediation of our home.

The reconstruction of the Damaged Areas commenced on January 24, 2023, and concluded on January 30, 2023. The Apollo staff were impeccable in the performance of their job, including: (i) on-time arrivals; (ii) assemblage of the materials necessary to complete the remediation without delay or aggravation; and (iii) assuring that each of the subcontractor groups likewise followed the very high work ethic displayed by the Apollo staff.

The restoration of the Damaged Areas is now complete; the work was expertly done in accordance with applicable professional standards. For example, during the work period, Tyler examined continuously the work done by his staff and his long-term retained sub-contractors. (These tradesmen have enjoyed many years’ relationship with Tyler; they also perform their work consistent with the Apollo high work ethic.)

In sum, Apollo, Tyler, the Apollo staff, and assigned subcontractors were the consummate professionals.

The agreed to 3 appointment times. Didn't show up or call. They aren't reliable!

I received an estimate from Metro Builders to replace a fence that was knocked over during a monsoon. I filed a claim with my insurance company with the estimate that was paid out. Metro Builders then sent me a formal contract which I signed and executed. I had to chase them down to get them to come out and measure. Right before they started, they told me that they miscalculated and needed an extra 20% and wouldn’t honor my signed contract. Clearly lack attention to detail and wouldn’t honor the executed agreement. After that, needed to restart the process with a new contractor.
